Tuition & Fees

Tuition

Tuition paid in full by August 1, 2026 will receive a 10% discount. Families can also pay in quarterly or monthly installments (Aug - May). We offer a multiple child discount. The 3rd child, and any additional children in a family, will receive a 5% discount applied to the youngest child’s tuition.

Preschool (3/4 year olds) (Half Day): $1,200

Preschool (3/4 year olds) (Full Day): $2,000

Primary I (4/5 year olds): $2,500

Primary II (5/6 year olds): $4,400

Primary III (6/7 year olds): $4,800

Grammar I (7/8 year olds): $4,800

Grammar II (8/9 year olds) : $5,200

Grammar III (9/10 year olds): $5,600

Fees

Application Fee: ($50 / Family + $25 / Student)

The application can be filled out at this link. Our board reviews each family application and will follow up with the parent(s) to schedule a family interview and student assessment.

Enrollment Fee: $200 / Student

After a student has been accepted to PCA the family will pay the enrollment fee which secures the student’s spot in the class, and the school will begin to assemble their school supplies for the student.

Curriculum: $100 – $400 / Student

PCA has partnered with Memoria Press for the school curriculum. Each family is responsible for ordering the curriculum prior to the school year. The parents will be provided with a link where they can purchase the necessary books and materials.

Uniforms: $100 or More / Student

PCA uses Lands End for school uniforms. Students will be expected to wear uniforms daily. Please visit the page for Current Families to refer to our Uniform Policy and for a link to shop our uniforms.

Providence Classical Academy is a LEARNS Act approved school. Education Freedom Accounts may be used by eligible families to cover tuition. More information on LEARNS Act and Education Freedom accounts can be found here. It is essential to note that families are still responsible for the entirety of their tuition, regardless of whether they are granted an EFA account or not.
